The company makes extensive use of IT systems to maintain the lottery database, running advanced daily scans for winners, and produce a large number of letters and other correspondence for clients and players.
The company uses desktop publishing to design and generate individual customised paperwork for their many clients. This is produced in both electronic and physical forms on a daily basis.
The client presents a complex website, with heavy integration between the internal databases and the website. Information, statistics and general information is generated on a daily basis from the internal information systems, and automatically integrated into the website.
